Welcome to Evoxup (accessible from https://evoxup.com). By accessing our website, installing, or using the Evoxup WordPress plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. License & Intellectual Property

Plugin License: The Evoxup WordPress plugin is open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later).
Website Assets: Content, branding, logos, and custom templates available on evoxup.com are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Services & External Connections

The Evoxup Membership plugin may connect to evoxup.com endpoints to access the Evoxup Repository, retrieve external package metadata, verify eligibility for separately distributed commercial packages, submit optional package ratings or reviews, and perform related integration checks.
The plugin may also communicate with third-party providers configured by the site administrator, such as WooCommerce, JVZoo, Gumroad, Stripe, PayPal, or other supported services.
Data sent depends on the requested integration and may include the site URL, product identifiers, license or membership credentials, package identifiers, integration credentials, and request metadata required to complete the requested operation.
Built-in Evoxup Membership functionality does not require a paid license to operate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or performance of evoxup.com servers.
Use our service to distribute malicious code, spam, or unauthorized materials.
Overburden our API infrastructure through automated scraping or malicious request flooding.
